Okay, that's it for today... I've been going for ALMOST daily walks
lately. I usually ride my bike, but needed something different. (If you’ve been following me long, you know about the infamous purple bike.)
But, I found a park that has super steep hills and I've been walking those hills... 5 miles of them! Talk about a workout for the whole body! Cardio like crazy, and my legs are totally feeling it. Even my abs have had some aching to them. I had no idea walking steep hills could be such a great workout, but my body is telling
me it IS!
Hopefully, no one is looking at me all red-faced, out of breath, and sweat pouring off of me and thinking I'm about to die. 🥵
I have found that when I'm consistent (3-5 days a week) with something that makes me sweat my ENTIRE life improves. I'm happier, more creative, more focused, and the list goes on and on. If you're feeling a little "off" go find something to do that makes you sweat at least a
little. It's like a magic cure for enjoying life more. Go try it!
